Plymouth TAGB success at black belt pre-grading
7 students from Plymouth TAGB attended the black belt pre-grading at Bristol Academy on Sunday 14th September and passed to a good standard. All gave their all to impress the grading panel, made up of 4th and 5th Dan instructors from the West of England. The 7 will now go on to face the TAGB grading panel, made up of 7th Dans from the TAGB Tae Kwon Do management council.
Mr Douglas-Green is grading from 1st to 2nd Dan black belt. Joseph and James Snell, Braidy and Tommy Workman, Adam Spencer and Bethany Blamire are grading from 1st kup red belt to 1st Dan black belt.
The black belt grading itself will take place over three days from 17th to 19th October. All students have to attend two more special, compulsory training sessions, in addition to their normal training sessions at Woolwell, in order to take the grading.
Congratulations to all 7.
